It's official, i am a rimless tank club member. (1 Viewer)

does the collection cup come off? and is the connection from the pump to the skimmer secure?
yeah, the collection cup can come off. the pump is conntected to the skimmer with silicon tube to reduce the vibration.

Nice skimmer! Fritz was talking about it when I was on the phone with him today ordering my tank, saying his equipment junky got a new toy hehe.

i have a new air meter coming in. bigger model -16". this one measure up to 340 SCFH.lol so i will post more accurate results.

Orange hammer?! Never seen that before

not commonly seen, now only from aussie now. i talked to few, more experienced reefers/corals collectors. they said, "10 years ago, commonly found all over indo."
i have a small frag of the indo version @ the store. it's more yellow than orange. the one from aussie is more orange.

those clown don't fight?

fight, no. the biggest rods' is still too small to be a contender of alpha male.
the female/future queen, keep everyone in order. once awhile you see the female kick one of the small male out of the hammers. other than that. no fighting.

maybe they all small yet

my group of black/white been togather almost 2 years now.
as long as you have enough place for them to share. and with carefully select size should be able to keep the gang togather.

after 3 weeks in my tank.
new update of the picasso pair. getting a little bit more orange and a little bit of black outline around the bars.
