Holy crap. I'm so excited. That would be a great location for a lot of us NM folks. Plus University is a straight shot for me @ 50 mph minimal stop lights. I could leave home and be back in 20 min if I know what I need. Compare that to the hour it currently takes me to get to a good LFS now. I can't even contain myself right now. I've been dreaming of this for years.
