PIA is actually holding a pair of Bells for me I just need to get these tangs out of my tank!!!!

Not sure if you are having trouble, but tangs are easy to catch.

Get a red flashlight. (probably less than $10 on amazon)

Cut the tank lights suddenly, making sure that there is absolutely no other light in the room. They will freeze in absolute darkness. You will be able to locate them with the red flashlight, they can't see red light, at least not well enough to swim away, it seems. Scoop them out with a net. (actually, I have been able to grab them with my hand....)

not going to be so easy to get these bad boys HAHA

The seaside aquatics fish trap is the ultimate POS
Mr Bills fish trap won't work because of the euro bracing.
I don't care if the tangs live , they have killed so much, so if you have a harpoon gun bring it over and I can then barbecue them.
 
The Vossenator comes tomorrow, and he better not say "I'll be back"

When you 'guys' go fishing, do you have someone else take the fish off the hook? :)

you would think, I have actually never experienced difficulty catching fish like this before. The combination on being in wall and no front access adds a whole new dimension to catching fish. Having to look down from behind to catch is not a easy as it sounds. I am planning on putting the new tank in soon and will modify the wall to allow front access.
 
I have had luck catching fish during the middle of the night when they have been sleeping for a good period of time, have you tried that yet??

I have they are so deep into the rocks they just won't come out James was literally stroking one and it would not move . Chad is due in a while and they haven't eaten for 24 hrs hopefully hunger will over come fear ;)

Is pulling the roskwork out an option?
