Local source for food grade containers (1 Viewer)

Picked up the barrels today. Wondering what the best soap would be to use. Dish soap? Hand soap? Any recommendations? Then I'll give them a good Vodka wash.

I'm afraid of soap in general for cleaning fish related stuff, but if anything, I would prob go for straight up original. No antibacterial or oxyaction or anything like that.
