The photo is not sharp enough to tell for certain. Some of those might be tiny barnacles (if so they sort of look like they might be dead though). I'm guessing some (possibly all? I can't tell) are Spirorbid worms though.

Bill I have caught them both scrapped them off and about a week or two and they are back its kind of funny.
