So fedex cant find my box of candy basslets... "its some where at the airport facility we should get it to you today"
 
man i'd be bitching like crazy for them to find it. wonder if you can still claim doa if the shipper screwed up.
 
DOA is DOA regardless of who screwed up, truth is its Divers Den that screwed up they put the wrong address on the box. I am so fed up with them. I hear good things about them but they have only caused me pain on every order never, never again they offically suck in my book.:mad_3::mad_3::mad_3:
 
Sorry to hear about that, you must be pretty upset about the loss.

Keep in mind that Everyone has their best and worst employees. I hope they do something to repair the bridge they burned.

Out of curiosity why didn't you order through a lfs? They have alot more pull when it comes to doa.

Huh, they told me yesterday was the last day to ship until the 28th

A bigger tank before anymore fish unless someone can help me catch the three green Chromis :)
 
To Diver Dens credit , they call a while ago to make sure the fish arrived and were okay.
 
If I had a sand bottom this guy would be next ;)
