I finally got my dosing pump today. Love the freebies. Heres my dillema right now. I dont have a 24VDC power supply yet, second it has two seperate lines so i could dose two seperate things the only fall back is that its one motor so whatever i dose would have to be the same drip. I assuming i will only be using one set of hoses unless someone has some ideas.

NE 1 have a 24VDC power supply or simple plug in transformer that i could cut the head off of and wire it direct.

If your tank is big enough, you could put one part in each end or one part in the sump/one part in the tank.

You could buy a 120vac to 24vac at radio shack for 10$ then buy the 3$ bridge rectifier and wala. I calculated mine out so i have a 5 A capacity and with a bigger bridge I could squeeze about 7A and they sell a nice project box for like 8$ that you can pit it in

What would i need the rectifier for cant i just wire it direct?

You need 24V DC. He suggested you get a 120AC->24AC transformer and then add your own rectifier (basically an AC->DC converter).

If you find a 24V DC supply, you don't need an additional rectifier.

Axman has tons of power supplies for almost nothing...
Careful though, if you are anything like me you won't leave with just what you were looking for :)

there are 3 axeman stores. I've only ever been to the one on university, but I know there are three. One near uptown, not sure where the other is. google it, I'm sure you'll find it.
