Peng's 75 gallons of Awesomeness. (1 Viewer)

corner looks good, but a bit low, unless that's what you are wanting. I'd redo or remove the smaller one, IMO.

Thanks for the input Ray.

I made it higher the first time, but then i figured i wanted swimming space and growth space for the SPSs. So i made it lower. Still pondering though :)

Looks great, Ill also be doing the same on my next tank...Keeping the rock work low.

Thanks bro,

The right side is gonna be the rocks from my 15 gallon. Going to try and make a "shelf cave" for all anemone.

yeah, I heard from a lot of people that they wished they'd made their scape lower for more growth space. I figured it may not look as good now but once filled with SPSs it should look great! :beerchug:

That should be shweet :beerchug: how about the center? hmmm...I may have a nice peice of pukani Pyramid for a center piece, but its gonna be on the highside.

Just a FYI, I made my rock work halfway and wished i should of made it lower.

really? I thought the half way mark would be good with SPS so at least fish can swing without being cramped. I was thinking on the low end for the LPS area.

The center is gonna be a bit open. Going for a minimalistic rockwork for more ample swimming space as i would like to have a lot of fish - thanks to mrlee - center will be filled with a zoa garden including rics/yumas.

Tank is filled to the top, now just waiting for the sump to fill. Then power up everything and add a heater or two. My LEDs should be here in a little over a week. Then let there be light

Nice, I agree to minimal rock in the display. I can see where this is going and can't wait to see it done.

Ray,

The level on the outside or the level inside the cone? The instructions says not to submerge the gate valve.

in the skimmer, raise the level near the white ring. use something oily to crash the bubbles.

Well since my tank is cycling with LR, I decided to go ahead and build a canopy for the LEDs before they get here.

I'll fill in the screws with wood filler and sand it all down and paint it to match the rest of the stand.

Today i went ahead and added most of my LS and LR to the 75 gal and also added 2 chromies :)

Ammonia, Nitrates, and Nitrites are all undetectable. Hopefully i won't see a cycle and let the stocking begin :beerchug:

I won't update this for a few weeks until i have everything but please stay tune :)
