Quanta Helix 0-10v (1 Viewer)

Anyone on here have the Quanta light controlled by apex? I'm having some issues where they don't seem to be very controllable via the 0-10v and wondering if I can resolve the issue.

When hooked up its seems like they don't dim much even when the variable outlet is set to off. They still stay on at what seem like 30%+ intensity.

dumb questions, has it always not worked properly and have you tried reversing the 0-10v wires?

I just got them, so no history. I did try reversing the wires and that caused the lights to shut off and be uncontrollable/not work at all. Put wires back and here we are.
