Can't say I'm surprised given the state of the store ever since the expansion, but certainly a shame to see them go. They've been excellent to deal with every time I went. Looking forward to seeing what Emily does differently with MN Aquatics!

Yep! It's bittersweet... Im just as sad to see it ending but at the same time am looking forward to what's to come 
fixing up a lot, some good restocks finally, and new plans too. I'm planning on keeping the same location so I don't have to move all the things out of the building. And that way you don't have to drive somewhere different too.

I do plan on having some form of rewards program and/or subscription/punch card type deals for a few things. If the credit is a concern you can definitely reach out to zack to try to work something out.

When will this new store be opening
As soon as we can. Still working everything out. If I had to guess, at least 1-2 weeks.
I had two New In Box Red Sea ReefLED Pendant systems (48" black frames that just hold the lights when you hang them from ceiling) on consignment there for like 2 years and never once saw them actually out for sale anywhere when I visited but whenever I emailed they said they still had them...
Feel free to use them or just toss them at this point. Not worth continuing to chase that. They're $209 on BRS, what a shame no one was able to make use of those and save some money!
I think one of them might have been used above the dropoff tank? I can check in on them.
100% yours to use, sell, or toss as you see fit. Just throwing it out there since the consignment topic came up and it crossed my mind that you might want to clean up some clutter that you're likely inheriting.

I actually thought their prices were very reasonable considering the overhead of having a storefront and staff.
That being said bounce mushrooms are laughably expensive. I saw someone on R2R that paid $2500 for one that ended up delayed in shipping
On a side note, I got a suspicious email today that I deleted that had something to do with redeeming my store credit. Maybe it was legit but didn't seem so.
