Skimmer recommendations? (1 Viewer)

need to choose a skimmer for my new 75 gallon w/20 gallon sump. I'm thinking my fully modded octopus 200 will be way overkill. Thinking a ER rs80, anyone have any other good choices? No, not an msx160, that's TOO big!

The octopus nw200, which after all the mods is comparable to the msx200

I'm using the nw200 on my 75g with 40b sump/fuge... I haven't done the mods though. I'd have to second hypertech and say save some $$$ and use what ya got.

Use what you got.... the rs80 is probably better sized, but it's not like your nw200 is soo overrated that a foamhead won't form. I'd run what you have. If you do run into foam head issues, then look to downgrade, but I don't think it'll come to that.....
