Snail puff? (1 Viewer)

has anyone ever seen their snail , rear their head up like a dog howling to the moon and then puff brown substance? Mine did it three times and I got it on video.

Figured. Thats prettty cool. Does a female snail have to be around? Same species ? are they hermaphroditic?

They are not hermaphroditic. As far as I know they just do it randomly. Maybe a female snail will go sexual just from being in the same tank. We can only hope. :biggthumpup:
