Trouble with uploading photo (1 Viewer)

I didn't have problem posting photos with the old website. With the old version, I actually used the 'upload files' option then chose 'full image' if I wanted to. With the new one, when I use 'insert picture' tab, it will show the upload to 100%, then kind of shows the picture on my post, then pops up the window message saying 'Oops! There is something wrong!' then it clears out the photo. Not exactly tells me what is wrong. I tried to reduce the picture's size, that didn't work either. When I hit the 'attach files' button, it actually shows the photos are there for every of my attempts. They are there somewhere in the background but don't show up on the post that I'm working with. It is not the end of the world, but can someone please give me some insight into what the 'Oops' is that I'm getting if you know? Thanks!

Well, I'm using Chrome on my second phone and it seems to work fine
