Not sure if this is in the right place, but my tuxedo urchin is producing sand size particles from the top of its body, is this natural and if so what the. F@@@ is this.
Please help!

Either your urchin is expelling waste, or it's makin' babies with it's imaginary lover.

Or its just wearing some tank derbis. They do that sometimes.

It was popping or whatever it was for about 5min! If its poop, that's a lot of poop. Also you could see a bunch of what it was excreting on the sand bed.

They sometimes will spawn in the aquaria, if it looks like someone replaced your water with milk you can assume what's going on.... :banana:
