Volunteers at the TCMAS expo (3 Viewers)

As always the volunteers helping with setup / day-off / tear down were stars of the show .... I had a couple vendors comment that the help with carrying equipment in and out made things easy after a long drive to get to the twin cities

I did meet some of the new volunteers but can't remember their usernames... @Reefer Oz please tag them here


side note - In the past I remember we ordered Dominos for the vendors during tear down after the show ended, because most of us vendors dont get a chance to eat breakfast/lunch. that went logn way amonsgt vendors. we should look at doing it again in the next show if we the club got budget

And Nox, you totally right. We dropped the ball on feeding our vendors and volunteers. Not cool. Sorry gang. Thanks for pushing through. Maybe next year we will budget for Pizza Luce to make up for it.

Conversations after last years expo revolved around the expense of the pizza, which was significant, at an event where we are already in the red. We had discussed cheaper options like costco but dropped the ball.

The club would have no problem coordinating it, but we can't absorb the cost at this time.
