Wana know the hardest part so far? getting a Realtor or leasing agent to return a flipping phone call. One place I called on was a good 90% empty. I know why to.

I called the number listed on the building 15 times in the past 2 weeks. Not once have I got a return call. So I went to the 1 open business and asked him how to get a hold of the agent. he was clueless. Kinda got the impression no one had even been by to collect the rent lately.
Building was probably foreclosed on. who knows. Got a few other leads but some people still think their space is worth 22 bucks a foot.

You need to call the agent's office and get their cell phone number. Agents don't answer the number they list on signage If you pm me a name I can see if I have their contact info still handy.
