Street is OK, just don't block the neighbor's driveways.

Yes, a border collie.
Are children allowed?
Yes, but the house isn't child-proofed.
Please provide a short description of your experience in the hobby and any tanks currently running.
I've been doing saltwater aquariums for about 8 years now, mostly nanos in the 10-20g range. Current setup is a rimless 45 SPS tank. Building a 220 SPS now. Prior to salt water I kept Minnesota native species in freshwater tanks, rock bass, walleye and bluegills.
