I had the verbal OK last night. Tonight they call.. "I guess the dry cleaner wants that space".. THE #(%&%#@ thing has been empty for 2 YEARS! They just NOW figure out they want it?
I told um huh, to bad we already agreed.
It'll likely be the same building, but at the other end if I don't get the space I want.

So is it Moon plaza???That's the only one that has a dry cleaner in it and has an empty space next door. I got a feeling the old work truck will be stopping by there quite often.:greenguy:

It's smaller and has carpet. They want to give me $ to do the floor. I could probably live with the carpet but now I gotta waste more time to go back down there and look at that space. Last time they where almost 2 hours late.
I know why the cleaner wants the other space *now* they have been using it for 2 years as free storage. Now that someone wants it they figure they better start paying rent on it.
I eyeballed a place in brooklyn park. I'm not saying a word about where or details till it's in ink, check is cashed and I have keys if the other space at moon does not work out.
