In other news tonight a fire was reported in Baldwin Wisconsin however when the fire department arrived they saw smoke but no flames. They found a man in his mid 30's in his boxers mumbling about reef'n and smoke coming from his ears...

Police where called to the same location earlier this week when the same man was found shoveling snow from the end of his driveway to the one next door.

Clint, the Crystal Office Depot just left, that would be plenty of space... :beerchug:

Seriously though I wonder how the H3LL they will fill that space.

There has to be a ton of open spots available. In New Hope there is a small strip mall that was built about 4 years ago, over half of it is STILL unoccupied, and never has been.

Good Luck! I know your going to find a perfect spot!

Sometimes they sit empty because they think it's 2002 and they can get 20 bucks a foot for the space ;)

There is still space for me at moon. I just don't want a space with carpet. I'll know more today.
 
couldn't you live with the carpet for a while.that is such a good location 1 mile north of 694 .2 blocks from my mom house that i have to stop and check on once a week.what more could you ask for
 
Once the tanks and water goes in what ever is under them is there for a long time.

And to add to that - I'm assuming that especially with an aquarium store, you want to get in one spot and stay rather than move a bunch. Moving sensitive livestock is much more of a logistical headache than a bunch of boxes
 
Moving the customers is even harder. I hada computer store in the late 90's. We moved from 2 main st to 4 main st. People could not find me. I was one door down.

Customers don't move well.

Did that. My customers never knew though. I tracked um with the help of my credit card company. They gave me the top 5 zip codes that used cards at the shop. Fridley was 1 on the list
