Auto Water Changer
![]()
Apex Controller with PM2 and cond probe.
3 Float Switches
High switch: Safety back up for the set switch or overflow or in case of the top off fail. in any of those case, it will send out an email/text and at the same time will shut down the return pump.
Set switch: Main switch to refill the sump water level back to normal
Low switch: Safety back up for the water change pump to prevent accident over pump also will act as sump leak detector. in any of those case, it will send out an email/text and at the same time will shut down the return pump.
All float switches are mounted in side an acrylic box, the hole on the bottom will allow water level change as the sump water level go up/down but without any wave effecting the float switches.(i got 2 1400gph pumps in my sump for circulation.)
Li,
I'm sure you've already thought of it, but your picture shows the RO/SW lines submerged... definitely make sure you keep the lines above the highest water level so they don't siphon out of the RO/SW tanks. Or at the very least create a siphon break somewhere above the sump. :beerchug:
