Lake Elmo actually

and you have been to this location Garrett..... 3 times


Its about 15 min or so out of downtown Stillwater off Highway 36

I thought this was the TWIN CITIES marine aquarium society lol

We have been at this location 3 or 4 times in the past people, lol a few events in the west suburbs and everyone loses their memory. The Twin Cities Metropolitan Area covers areas much further away than Lake Elmo. Lake Elmo/Stillwater area is only about 20 min out from St. Paul.

For anyone confused about where this actually is, and where the Twin Cities Area actually is... here you go :D

This IS the TCMAS - and as for the last 5 or more years - we continue to host the Expos around the Twin Cities.

As Jager noted - this location is nothing new - however this year Google and Mapquest note it as Stillwater rather than Lake Elmo - that being said it is the same location as it has been the last 5 years.

How about everyone get excited that we continue to do these twice a year at no cost to members and non-members????
 
hahaha been awhile since ive seen the LMGTFY link used, i miss it, it was trendy for bit might have to bring that back now
 
If you couldn't deduce from my last 2 posts - I am really annoyed = that is slang for P/O

Every time we announce an Expo - someone complains about something. I get it - that's to be expected I guess

TCMAS puts these on TWICE a year free to all- member or not. Most clubs do 1 a year and for transparency sake - you all should know - I have tried to get Jager to knock down to one a year as he is in school full time and working full time!

He wont let us drop to one a year - that is his choice even though I wanted 1 a year.

Jager spends unbelievable amounts of time on these to get all the vendors here, secure us a spot that we can afford and does this every year twice a year!

Show up or not - if you have complaints please send them to the BOD not the event committee, or here in this thread.

And if your not happy with what TCMAS is offering - perhaps this is not the club for you.

Personal note here - honestly guys - we work our butts off behind the scenes so every time ya complain- it just makes people feel like all they have done is not appreciated. I say that from total first hand experience.
 
I'll go regardless of location because I support the hobby and the people that put in the work to make it happen.
 
You all do a GREAT job wherever it's held. I know it's tough to please everyone but I sure do see a lot of smiles on faces once the party starts. So THANKS to all the planners!
