Liveaquaria black Friday special. Copperbands for $25.99. Crazy. I ordered 7. One DOA, the other 6 in a "QT" tank to raise the salinity from 1.018 to 1.025 by Friday night. Then I will FW dip em and put them in at lights out. Get up early Saturday and see how much refereeing I need to do.
No idea if it will work, no idea how many might make it to Friday. The liveaquaria 14 day alive guarantee made it a no brainier to try. I am planning on them all making it, but it is a fickle breed of fish for sure. At least two of them ate worms tonight, so that is promising. The sooner I get them in an environment where they can hunt, the better, I figure.
Copperband school? We'll see.
I still haven't gotten the motivation to test my water parameters, but things look good. I haven't run any tests since January.
I'm running fully on guesswork, but between the skimmer, the pellets, the scrubber and the leathers achieving a large mass, I am hopeful all of that is keeping my N and P in check. As for dosing, I'm still running the same dosing program I was on 1.5 years ago....I should look at that.

Remember, I am changing my T5 light bulbs when they burn out now too...no need to keep 'installed on' date records!
This is extreme auto pilot with an OCD water change schedule. It is a weird combination of lazy/ambitious reefer.
