Wish I could tell ya. Went from not being able to keep one alive in the old tank to them doing very well in this one.

My hypothesis is they love themselves some phosphates

appreciate that. It's certainly a hobby within a hobby. But these days I only seem to find time to take out the camera once or twice a year. Always happy when I do though.

I like the 36 depth of the IM150 as well. I do like the 170, I have that as well. Next time will maybe go custom lagoon. I have ideas.

Awesome to hear! I’ve been annoying it by moving it around too much lately but I think I finally found a good spot for it.

What do you feed? Im struggling to fatten up a leopard wrasse

I feed mainly flake food with a DIY frozen mix once or twice a week.

For the leopard it all depends on what he’ll eat. I know it can be hard to get them to eat frozen/flake food but once I got my leopard on flake it ate like a pig

Added the mini controller board for the Hydros equipment. Still need to cut the dosing tubes down to size, but this will suffice.


In tank related news, I exiled the mystery wrasse to the frag tank. My plan is to get a few more fish, qt them and let them settle into the display for a while, then try and reintroduce the mystery to the display.

I also added the sps back to the display which I'm pretty excited about. Will try to get a pic of that soon.

Had a free night so let the expo fragging begin! Will likely only have some lps for sale this time around but should be able to make some frags of cool stuff.
