First things first. I am placing a coral and fish order tomorrow. DA might be moving, but it's still got lots of choices!
I'll announce the new location as soon as the ink is on the lease and I have keys in my hand. The place near the shop feel through (we could not come to an agreement). The selected place is 1300 square feet and does NOT have one completely wasted wall with kitchen cabinets! It is 23 or so by 50 deep.
I will tease you a bit though. For those of you in the south and east it WILL be closer! For those of you around DA and to the west. Sorry.. I added about 15 minutes to your drive.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE BY AND WONDER IF YOU MISSED THE STORE! It is right on a MN highway and VERY close to a interstate. It's also well protected because it's visible from the local police department (HINT!)
Until then, the first person to guess the location (cross streets is fine) will win a $25 dollar gift certificate to the shop.
For the 3 people in the club that know where it's going to be. Sorry, you can't win. And don't give it away.
So, now that the date is set, who's willing to help? Theres some build out that needs to be done, and lots of moving. If we get enough people together we can get-r-done in a day no problem. I'll feed ya and buy drinks (no booze till we are done though..) Just be willing to bag, drain, lift, carry.
Someone with van that will swallow a 4X4X1 frag tank gets extra points in my book. I'd like it to be moved in a heated cargo area.
And perhaps best of all. Discovery Aquatics will officially have it's very own BATHROOM!
