That guy set up possibly the coolest thing EVER!!! A webcam in a bubble that can be controlled to view all angles from inside the tank underwater!!! Just NUTS! All he has is some LR now, but once it gets stocked with corals and fish it's going to be AMAZING!!!

Most likely well fed.... They have massive export on them, DSBs and huge skimmers... That ETSS 2000, the contact chamber is over 5' tall, and could easily skim Stan's tank....

What kind of lights are they using in those spots?
I can't speak specifically for that tank, but they use a lot of different ones...6500K - 50000K, then there are specifically blue, red and green bulbs they use.
Are they Halides in those cans? And why don't we see American tanks utilizing spots?
Yes, and good LEDs too. IDK Glen, I've been searching a bit about this and some people have had them custom made, which are really expensive... ie check out Eric's website www.glassbox-design.com
