So I dabble in plumbing for my day job, and I'm nearly positive the tank is loud based on how it's plumbed or some adjustments I have.... but I am not nearly smart enough to figure out how to quiet it down a little more from the sucking of the overflow and some various sounds after....

If anyone's near the blaine area that's more familiar with this and wants to come talk fish tank, give guidance on how to fix, and drink some beer (provided by me ofc) please let me know!

I'm not in the area, but can offer some advice if you can tell us what sort of setup you have? Standard U-tube drain, or a more fancy setup like a Bean Animal configuration? I know from experience that you CAN get it be silent, but it isn't always easy.

I live in Anoka and would be willing to stop over one night this week.

I'm in Shoreview and can certainly pitch in a few thoughts, Currently have 3 systems running dead silent!

Biggest thing to think about is getting a full siphon going for 95%+ of your flow and ensuring you have sufficient emergency.
