Hopefully it works out for you. They require the product to be returned in "as-new" condition. They very well could refuse the return since these pumps are pretty much used as this point and not "as-new".

We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, cables, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your original method of payment (your credit/debit card or PayPal account, for example) for the merchandise only.

Lets hope, I mean I wont send it back dirty, I'm going to clean the CRAP out of it just in case.

i've always thought bacteria in a bottle was just snake oil :p they never worked for me when i had freshwater

IO's Bio Spira starting reducing ammonia and increasing nitrites within 12 hours. Before I added the Bio-Spira there were no signs of Nitrite for the 2 weeks the tank was cycling.

Little update, just been working on the tank! things here and there, getting used to water changes, testing water etc. It's becoming routine to wake up and go straight down to the tank to test everything.

Yesterday I spent most of the day, cleaning and tinkering with things considering I was at work a lot last week and wasn't able to come back and do what I wanted so yesterday I got everything done. Rescaped the left side, cleaned up the glass and sand bed, got the tunze 6095 (which is for sale ;) ) out and mounted the new mp10wes (love it, should have went vortech in the first place..) and little random outlet programming.

Here's a couple pictures of the new scape and fts, what do ya think?

Ammonia has been gone for a while but I still test <.25 ppm for nitrites.. not very happy about it but i've tried multiple big water changes with no avail, any comments?

I still think you need something on the wall between the overflow box and the MP10, maybe something off of this website: http://www.aqua-mags.com/index.html

Also, I think you could use some more height on the right structure

I do really like the set-up, very clean

Thank you! only thing about adding to the right side height is that the mp40w I have coming in the mail this week will be going on that side, too much flow blasting coral right there, or no?

Fish update, Went to SWE yesterday and picked up a Cleaner Shrimp and a Royal Gramma, acclimated the gramma then caught him and let him go and havnt seen him since.. I don't have a lot of rock but enough for him to hide, he just vanished! checked all deathly places; overflow, sump, carpet but no luck. Do they hide in the sand ever? He is doing some serious hiding.. I even went through the rockwork a little a moved a couple pieces to see if I could find him.. nothing, hope he shows his face soon!

Tank Update!

Temp: 78.5
pH: 8.05
Salinity: 1.025
Phosphates: .12
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrites: 0 ppm
Nitrates: 10 ppm
Alk: 9.0 dKh
Ca: 450 ppm

I did some major water testing this morning, as well as changed the GFO and carbon, I tested everything because I have had cloudy water (not green cloudy water, white cloudy water) the past 2 days after my heater was left on accidently and the water temp got up to about 84. Making water as we speak for a nice big water change, but I just don't understand why it got cloudy? I've done some research online and only came up with something about calcium being high (which mine is, kinda.) and directly related to accidental high water temps. Anyone know anything about this and care to explain it to me?

Yeah, mine hid for a while at first as well.

Let me know if you want a couple FIF zoas/palys. Nothing special but I have a couple extra frags of some green zoas, green palys, and some teal palys.

...Update!..

Picked up some coral frags from 90ct today (Thanks again Brian!)

ORA Joe the Coral
GARF Bonsai
Purple Monti Cap
Red Hornet Zoa
True Rastas

Took some quick pictures with all the lights on after I put the coral in. Just leaving the blues on today to acclimate the corals to the new tank.

Bought a nice little 6g custom acrylic tank that soon will be converted into either a pico or quarantine tank.

Starting to get some deep purple coralline starting to grow on the rocks (about time!)

A little tank update..

Not to much going on, my rock is starting to gain some color (greens, yellows, and browns) sand bed is squeaky clean, and my GARF Bonsai SPS is starting to show really vivid purple-ish blue on its tips. As for the Joe the Coral stick.. doesn't look so good, I'm thinking of moving it up on the rock a bit more and in more direct flow of the Mp40 as the GARF is in a direct line from it and it loving it!

Anyway here are some pictures.

GARF Bonsai showing color on the tips (hard to tell sorry, point and shoot camera)

Joe the Coral.. not doing so well, but still has PE so i'm hoping for the best.

Annnnd my Indo Torch getting acclimated to the tank, today was the first day everything was fully extended. Still needs to get cozy before showing off its awesome color.

Otherwise everything is just peachy, waiting to add anymore fish until I get some good growth on the rock and I get everything for my QT. Bought a 10g from petco and will be using that but I had a couple questions about the equipment.. First of all, I plan on just using a sponge filter that runs in my main sump until I need it for the QT, i'll transfer that over whenever I setup the QT. For flow i'll probably just use a cobalt mj900 or 1200 from BRS, as well as a small heater. As for lighting, what is recommended on a QT? Last but not least what other equipment is needed? would a Aquaclear be beneficial? Should I do a refugium mod on the Aquaclear? Just wondering what you guys are using out there as QT equipment!

That Bonsai looks amazing....
If you ever need GSP let me know, I got some I can FIF to you (and by some I mean a lot).
Great looking tank, same as always
Also I so think you should buy one of NanoFin's SPS packages. Would be a great kick start to getting that tank stocked!
