Neptune Systems Trident (1 Viewer)

They just started round 2 NSI testing (been talked about on their Facebook page so should be able to say that). No idea when they'll start pre-orders but kinda doubt it will be this weekend.

Agreed that it would seem to be very soon after the latest batch went out to the 2nd group of NSI testers. But there has been talk that these were basically Retail ready units sent out for one last check of documentation, installation instructions, set up process and feedback on that prior to releasing to the masses. I read through all those posts on the FAQ thread on R2R and I'm very excited to get my hands on one. But I'm also more than willing to give them the time they need to get it right. Of course the latest posts from the NSI testers sure seem like they got it pretty darn good right now.

They are really good right now and are going to be well received. Of course I can't say what round two testing involves (even though I would like to). I can say this is one of the best run beta programs I've been involved with. They are really putting in the effort to make this release as good as possible.

Tease!!!! (I like it!)

This gives me a bit more confidence to attempt to be part of the first retail batch. Normally I wait a few months for new tech to get the kinks worked out before purchasing!

And here I am doing daily alkalinity tests to monitor what my daily uptake is... fill, test, drain, repeat...

I will be first in line for this thing. Have had my eye on it for over a year now. Can’t wait for them to finally get this on the market.

I didn’t know Packer fans could do math, I’m impressed.

They can't...

I got the money set aside and signed up for every "notify when in stock" I can find. I have a feeling they are going to go quick.

Hey guys, thought I would drop in and say hello. And no, I will not reveal a release date. It's "coming soon!"

It will be fun to come out and meet you all next month. I will not be speaking directly about the Trident, but rather about testing/measuring in general, methods, pitfalls, and interpreting the data for a better reef - mixed in with Apex info of course. And then you can certainly hammer me with all the Q&A you like before, during, and after my talk.

Welcome Terence! Looking forward to your talk and meeting you.

At the end of the talk...

"Everyone look under your chair. You get a Trident, You get a Trident...":rolleyes::rolleyes::D
