new Tank (1 Viewer)

Thank you. I forgot how much I luv this fish. It's swimming around nipping at the rocks and is after 1 evening out and about with no fear.
 
Tank still doing well. Woke this morning to a fat melanarus. With a shrimp tail hanging out its mouth. I can account for the cleaners, but the peppermints are MIA. Could be one of them or a molt. I have upped my feeding to once per day, now having the flame. Want to keep him happy. Or from nipping sps. I have a large colonie sps that has some white death on the bottom. Not sure if its due to lack of light or ?. I have been checking peram, and all has stayed steady. The flame is looking great in there and has become a nice part of the family.

the i just woke up drinking coffee and enjoying the ocean pic from the lazy boy.
 
Well things are still doing great. I received about 8 new frags from a fellow reefer. Those are dipped, repluged, and now on the frag rack on the back of the tank. I fragged the green coloney sps that was bleached on the bottom. I believe it was just not getting any light do to the size of the coral. Looks good now and healed up in about 3 days. Tips stayed growing. Gonna try and get out this weekend and look for some pink colored corals. Other than that. Could not be any happier with the tank. Try and get some pics up with the slr later this week.

lol. If I'm luck it will take a bite out of the arm that reaches in to frag it. In a few more months I wont have a choice. It will be growing up the glass.
 
thanks, and I guarantee its only 33 gallons. And I get that alot. Im very happy how this tank has grown. The hardest part of this tank is keeping the urchin from taking my frags. LOL.

now mite be a good time to start looking for auto feeder. Get home late and leave early means no food for some fish that are already tucked into bed. I seen one at walmart that was cheep. Anyone know anything about that one? Other then that tanks doing well. Thought about another fish. Just scared to add now that things are so well. I may have a colt up for sale soon. (might be a kenya). Not sure with these names. It drops baby's. Maybe that will help with the name. On its own rock and has a bunch of green polyps on the base. It keeps getting stuck to one of my pumps, and may have to go. If any interest toss an offer. if no one hints on wanting it I may when I get tired of it put up a wts offer. im a little concerned with the fact I have almost no algae for my fish to graze on. I uped my feeding, and trying to add nori when I think of it. Fish look good. Just concerned. Over feeding a small tank with no skimmer could equal bad things. Im sticking to bi weekly water changes of close to 20 gallons on a 33 and weekly top offs.

Oh and sorry for the tone of pics above, But I was having fum with the slr.
