Successful evening that our fellow OCD (Obsessive Cord Disorder) members would be proud of!
Everything is rebundled, zip tied with matching zip ties to the cords AND facing the same way no less.

Living dangerously after opening a cord management channel attached underneath the stand. Should have went with a 2"x2" channel instead of 1"x2" though.

Also moved my AWC pumps to a different location to free up space and clutter under the stand. Then fixed the water lines, updated programming, etc.
Nice!

How did you attached the Apex outlets to the ceiling of your stand? Those little black pieces? I use heavy duty velco but always comes undone due to humidity

I used the included wall mount plates. On the modules and power supplies I used velcro or the intense double sided foam tape. The foam part is key to get a good connection.

@Mordim gave me a good idea I hadn't bothered to consider. I put a second ehiem auto feeder and feed tube mount in my sump full of Reef Chili.

It's more than controllable enough to adjust for the feed amount and I'm never around at lights out so it feeds at the right time. Only issue is he said it clumps after a bit so once a week or so it needs to be broken up.

I do need to find a better mount location though or extend the tube so the feeder doesn't go underwater if the pump shuts off.

I've ordered a second one as well for this purpose. I'll try loading Reef Roids in as well, its quite a bit finer than Reef Chili so it may end up clumping a lot.

Look at that handy eheim feed tube! ;)

Finally got a lense for my phone that gives accurate night shots!

Not sure what this is, would like to know... was a dud forever and really took off in past 2mo. The orange is a bit much but close enough.

Blasto from frag cellar that I move a little higher and is looking great since! IMG_20191018_194834.jpg IMG_20191018_194721.jpg IMG_20191018_194704.jpg IMG_20191018_194616.jpg IMG_20191018_194624.jpg IMG_20191018_194606.jpg
Tiny frag from AsianReef that is now quite large. IMG_20191018_194534.jpg IMG_20191018_194519.jpg IMG_20191018_194433.jpg IMG_20191018_194416.jpg IMG_20191018_194352.jpg

Going to add a light spill guard and toggle box switch this weekend hopefully!

Super nice quality and came with easy instructions for programming suggestions to anyone needing them. Can plug into Apex directly, into Break Out Box, or in line with current devices used by B.O.B.

Can plug into Apex directly or Break Out Box.

Just for clarification, Harry's switch boxes replace a break out box, they don't plug into a break out box. The switch box has the same DIN8 connector as the breakbox and plugs into an available I/O port of the apex head unit or PMx module (I think the ASM module has an I/O port as well)

I'm just cutting the plug off to wire into the BOB as a switch unit. Some of my devices I'll wire in line as there are multiple ways to trigger the set switch that way.

@ikserk I know you know how to do this but for anyone else a little hesitant...

Colors follow the switches/wire colors listed on the Avast BOB layout.
If using for anything other then connecting directly to your BOB or Apex you will need to connect one end of all devices to the black ground wire.
(2 wires will go unused)

Colors verified with resistance meter.
*nice to see the wire is shielded as well.

In my defense, as pictured in the first post, it doesn't plug into the break out box

Looks great Ryan :) Love to see a tank full of coral while also leaving room for swimming space for the fish.

Well I was fortunate enough to drive down there a couple of days back and see it in person . Even though am not a led guy , the tank made me smile . Amazing build to say the least and I learnt so much from seeing it .
The corals look so healthy and a true mixed reef !!!
Can’t wait to see it mature in 2 years
