I started the vertex 250 couple days ago and added two 7" 200 micron socks. Output, my water is crystal clear. it feels like there is no water behind the glass and fishes are flying in the Air

the only concern I have, am i over skimming the water ?

Who can help me to take the cromis out from my tank. I have approx 12~14. It's ok if we leave 4 or 5 in the tank but really want to take out those. Because of them my tank is crowded.:goldfish:

try turn the pumps off, put some food in there.. use a large net to scoop the bunch... return the fish you want in the tank and take out the rest. Repeat until succesful :beerchug:

New Addition...

Added some Anthias few days ago and they all are doing fine. Will try to click some pictures when possible. they all are hiding behind the rocks and only come out when i drop some food.

how about my other fishes lol I am sure tonight I will take out atleast 6 to 7 for sure. when stunners are on, they are in a group and no other fish swim around that time. :goldfish:

it's been months, they are in my tank.

That's what I thought would happen with the three that I have...and their still in their...sure they have their pecking order, but the "weakest" one is trying to prove itself to the rest that it's not weak. If you had gotten them out I wouldn't mind taking 2 more off your hands.

as of now, I have not started the WXM module. still struggling with other setups.
I will let you know once it is started.

NEED HELP with APEX.
I updated the software on Base and also updated other modules thru Base unit.(i.e Display, EB8 & WXM)

I plugged Fan on outlet 1 on EB8.

Fallback = OFF
Set = Off
If Temp > 78.5 then ON

I tested above outlet and "On" functionality works fine. but it doesn't stop the fan when temp is less than 78.5. if i take out the plug from EB8 and re-enter then it doesn't start, which is as expected.

am i doing anything wrong ?

Ok...did some research online and found, if the device use very less watt, then it should be on outlet 4 or 8 since they use mechanical switch. other outlets are not.

please check the graph below and let me know if there is anything wrong. leave the begning part of the graph where it is really down(I removed the probes that time from the base)
