Time for an update!
The bad news is that I had a case of RTN. I suspect I pushed ALK up too fast and stressed the corals, because almost like clockwork I lost a coral overnight for 10 day straight. I also lost the tips of the rest of my SPS corals too. Since that time, things are stable and growing again.
I've added a remote frag tank to my system in the past week. It is really nice to not have frag racks in the main tank anymore. I also moved my mangroves out of the sump and into the frag tank so maybe they will grow some more. Here is a video of it:

I've also removed my GFO and am running Warner Marine EcoBAK pellets. I think the algae on the glass has gotten better, and the hair algae tufts I have are shrinking, but no dramatic changes so far.
