He's too big for this nano! One needs an even tighter lid for one of those than you do for a wrasse or a diamond goby. I swear, I could sit on the couch across the room and it could reach me if it wanted to jump. I won't leave the canopy open for even a little bit. I rebuilt my canopy specifically for that fish after my first one found a way through the screen I had rigged up. If he gets through what I have set up now, I won't try again.
Tilefish is cool, I have one
Orchid dottyback may be cool, grammas etc as already mentioned. Only thing I thought of that wasn't immediately obvious was a blue assessor. Every time I saw them in Fritz's tank at his house under the LED's or in the 180G display at SWE, I told myself I had to have one....I ran out of space before I finally bought one. Of course, now that I look, they appear to be expensive too!
Another good option for your tank, though it perches more than it swims in the water column, would be a flame hawkfish. I don't think you have any shrimp. From what I understand, the personalities on these fish are something to behold...and they are a vibrant red. I also regret not having one of these, but I didn't want it to outcompete my mandarins for food...they eat all the critters (pods etc) too I hear.
I like the new additions, fits your color scheme real well.
